Caroline graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chiropractic. She completed her post-graduate requirements whilst practising at the Doncaster Chiropractic Clinic and was awarded a Diploma in Chiropractic in 1992. A member of the College of Chiropractors since 2000, she was invited on to the Sports Faculty of the college in 2001.
